Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Orders typically ship within 1-7 business days from the time of purchase.

For returns, we have a 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yourstorestar.com. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized items, or hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
